At Loomee, we aim to provide clean, safe, and high-quality baby gear for rent.
1. Rental Period
Rental periods start on the delivery or pickup date and end on the agreed return date.
2. Returns
All rented items must be returned on time and in the same condition as received.
3. Late Returns
Late returns may result in additional daily charges.
4. Damaged or Lost Items
If an item is returned damaged or not returned at all, you may be charged for repair or replacement costs.
5. Cancellations
Orders canceled before delivery may be eligible for a refund.
Once the rental period has started, refunds are not guaranteed.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Hygiene & Safety
All baby gear is cleaned and sanitized before and after each rental.
