In connection with the operation of its Website and the provision of its services generally, Loomee P.C. collects and processes users’ Personal Data, particularly when a user places an order or rents products, creates a user account, contacts Loomee P.C. through the contact form, or submits comments or reviews.
The Personal Data that may be collected includes, by way of example, the user’s full name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, order or rental history, and technical information such as the user’s Internet Protocol (IP) address and data concerning the user’s browser and device.

4.1 Performance of a Contract or Pre-Contractual Measures
Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps at the request of the Data Subject before entering into a contract. This legal basis applies primarily to the conclusion, performance, and completion of agreements for the rental of baby and children’s equipment and to the provision of related services by Loomee P.C., including the creation of a user account, the management of orders or rentals, invoicing, product delivery and collection, and customer service. The user’s consent is not required for these purposes.
4.2 Compliance with Legal Obligations
Article 6(1)(c) GDPR: Processing is necessary for Loomee P.C. to comply with legal obligations arising under applicable law, including tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
4.3 Legitimate Interests
Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: Processing is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by Loomee P.C., including ensuring the security of information systems, preventing fraud, protecting the Website, and maintaining the proper operation of its services, provided that such interests are not overridden by the rights and freedoms of users.

User account data is retained for as long as the account remains active.
Personal Data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized when it is no longer necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes described above, unless its continued retention is required by applicable law.

Loomee P.C. does not disclose users’ Personal Data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes unless the user has provided prior express consent.
In connection with the performance of rental services, the Personal Data that is strictly necessary may be disclosed to third-party service providers acting as Data Processors on behalf of Loomee P.C., including, by way of example, payment service providers, courier and delivery companies, spam detection services, hosting providers, and providers of technical support for the Website. Where processing is based on consent, to withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
